ORDERS:
Is sales tax applied to orders?
California orders (orders with the ship to in California) will need to pay California State tax. California retailers must provide an official state resale number.
How are orders shipped?
GlyphGuy offers shipping only to US addresses. The default delivery method is FedEx Ground. Postage includes insurance and a $1.00 handling fee.
Does GlyphGuy sell wholesale?
Yes, we will gladly speak with park stores, park associations, nature centers, outdoor organizations, independent outdoor retailers and family run businesses about our products. The wholesale minimum is $100.
BACKPACKS:
What is GlyphGuy's Warranty?
Customers who purchased directly from GlyphGuy are welcome to return a defective backpack within one year from the date of purchase, for an exchange or refund.
Did you design your backpacks?
Yes. We at GlyphGuy design all of our backpacks.
The box my backpack was shipped in looked well-used. Why?
GlyphGuy re-uses shipping boxes. It is good for the environment and keeps your cost down.
Can I take my GlyphGuy backpack on an airplane?
Yes. Airlines allow carry-on bags that measure up to 10"H x 17"W x 24"L. GlyphGuy's packs are within these dimensions.
How do I clean my backpack?
We recommend hand washing your backpack. Soak your pack in warm water. Use a mild detergent. Gentle scrub your pack with a soft-bristle scrubbing brush. Air dry in a cool area out of the sun. If you use a machine, use a Front Loading Washer, warm water and mild detergent. Always hang pack outside to dry. DO NOT use a machine to dry your pack.
How do I store my backpack?
Always store your backpack out of sunlight, in a cool, dry environment.

Our graphics are made in house.
Are your graphics copyrighted?
Yes. Absolutely. Our graphics and GlyphGuy logo are copyrighted material.
Is the GlyphGuy a trademark.
Yes. The GlyphGuy logo and name are registered trademarks.
